1. Introduction

Welcome to 4biddenknowledge Inc (“4biddenknowledge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“ToS” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our programs, websites, memberships, coaching, courses, live events, digital products, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, using, or interacting with our Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these ToS and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If you do not agree to these ToS, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.

This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and 4biddenknowledge Inc. Please read these ToS carefully. By accepting these ToS, you also acknowledge and accept the arbitration provisions contained in Section 13, which limit how disputes are resolved.

2. Definitions

“Account”: The account you create when you register to use our Services.

“Content”: Any and all text, data, images, graphics, videos, audio, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other materials provided through the Services.

“Data”: Any information, including Personal Data, that you provide or that is collected from you in connection with your use of the Services.

“Personal Data”: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under applicable privacy laws.

“Third-Party Services”: Any services or products provided by entities other than 4biddenknowledge Inc that are made available through, or used in connection with, our Services (for example, payment processors, scheduling tools, CRM systems, or communication platforms).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these ToS.

4. Modification of Terms

We may modify or update these ToS at any time, in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated ToS on our website or platform, or by other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised ToS. If you do not agree to the revised ToS, you must stop using the Services.

5. Services Overview

a. Description of Services
4biddenknowledge Inc provides education, training, mentorship, community memberships, online courses, events, and related digital and physical products focused on personal development, wealth education, consciousness, and lifestyle optimization. The Services may include on-demand content, live calls, group coaching, private coaching, digital downloads, and access to member communities.

b. No Guarantees
Our Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, income, business growth, health changes, or other success. Your results depend on your decisions, actions, implementation, and many factors outside our control.

c. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Services available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

6. User Obligations and Conduct

a. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the Services, including privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and marketing laws.

b. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your Account and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account.

c. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Services without our consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or other harmful conduct toward our team or other users.

7. Data Privacy and Consent

a. Data Collection and Use
We collect and process Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include your name, contact details, payment information, and information about your engagement with our content and Services.

b. Consent
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in these ToS and our Privacy Policy, including for purposes such as account management, customer support, product delivery, marketing (where permitted), analytics, and service improvement.

c. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your data with vendors and service providers who assist us in delivering the Services (for example, payment processors, email service providers, scheduling platforms, CRM tools, video hosting, or community platforms). These parties are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

d. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk and are responsible for securing your own devices, logins, and internet connection.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership
All content, frameworks, systems, videos, audio, written materials, workbooks, brand assets, and other intellectual property provided through the Services are owned or licensed by 4biddenknowledge Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your purchase or access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

b. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these ToS, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content you have purchased or been granted access to, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (or, if applicable, internal business use for a single user).

c. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, lend, resell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from our content, except as expressly allowed in writing by us. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

9. No Professional Advice

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, nothing in our Services should be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in these areas. You are solely responsible for how you use the information we provide.

10. Payments, Refunds, and Access

a. Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with the programs, memberships, or products you purchase, using a valid payment method. If you are on a payment plan, you authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method according to the agreed schedule.

b. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or revoke your access to the Services until your account is brought current. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

c. Refunds
Refunds, if offered, are governed by the specific refund policy stated on the checkout page or sales materials for the particular program or product. Where no specific refund policy is stated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

d. Account and Access
Access to programs and materials may be time-limited or ongoing, depending on the offer. We reserve the right to remove or update content, migrate platforms, or change the way access is delivered, provided that you continue to receive reasonable access to the core material you purchased during the promised access period.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4biddenknowledge Inc and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific program or product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4biddenknowledge Inc and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these ToS; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. Governing Law
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

b. Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

c. Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (such as JAMS or the American Arbitration Association). The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

d. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only in your individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these ToS or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

15. Miscellaneous

a. Entire Agreement
These ToS, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific offer or program terms presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4biddenknowledge Inc regarding the Services.

b. Severability
If any provision of these ToS is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

c. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these ToS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

d. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these ToS without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
